Fluor Gets $66.8M Contract to Provide Life Support Services to US Troops in Iraq

Lookin’ Under the Hood(click to view full) Fluor Intercontinental in Greenville, SC received a $66.8 million cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide life support services for the US military in Iraq. Life support services include providing vehicle maintenance services for the US military’s vehicle fleet. Fluor currently operates 12 vehicle maintenance facilities in Iraq… The 12 vehicle maintenance facilities operate on a 24-hour basis and provide maintenance and repair services to non-tactical vehicles as well as light and heavy armored vehicles. The completion date of this contract is June 30/10. US Army Corps of Engineers Middle East District (formerly the Transatlantic Programs Center) in Winchester, VA manages the contract (W912ER-09-C-0057).
